    President & CEO 563-242-4536 Andy joins Grow Clinton after serving 11 years in the United States Air Force, where he performed duties as an Air Traffic Controller. As the President & CEO, Andy builds relationships with the leaders of our region’s largest employers to understand their concerns, highlight their successes, and identify challenges that may impact future growth. As part of our Business Retention & Expansion program, Andy leverages the Synchronist™ Survey tool to track data, and better understand the health of our region’s business climate.

  • Stacy Borgeson

    Office Coordinator (563) 242-4536 Stacy, a native Clintonian, brings an analytical background to Grow Clinton as Office Coordinator. Stacy obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and received her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Ashford University. Stacy’s previous experience brings data analysis and reporting to the table.
