Naeve Family Breaks Ground at New Beef Processing Plant in Camanche, Iowa

Naeve Family Beef will break ground on their processing plant at a groundbreaking celebration on June 10, 2021, in Camanche, Iowa.

Camanche, Iowa (June 2, 2021) – Naeve Family Beef is excited to break ground on the construction of their new 15,000 square feet beef processing plant and retail space located at 1902 7th Avenue, Camanche, Iowa (NW corner of 7th Avenue and Highway 67). The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at the site at 10 AM on June 10, 2021.

“We are very excited to have started construction on our project. We are one step closer to providing locally raised beef to our amazing community,” stated Andrew Naeve, President of Naeve Family Beef.

Naeve Family Beef has hired the services of Central Confinement Services out of Columbus, Nebraska to complete the development and construction of the building.

Naeve Family Beef anticipates the building will be completed late in 2021 and will employ 40 – 50 employees at the single species beef plant. The Naeve Family are 6th generation family farmers that grow row crops and raise beef cattle near Andover, Iowa.
